What kind of warranties do you offer?
We offer warranties with all our interior floors on all workmanship; however, the warranties do not cover cracks and any form of chemical and physical abuse.
Simcoe Epoxy provides warranties for all polyspartic floor coating projects we complete. You get a signed warranty that includes the date of purchase and details of warranty coverage. We use only the highest-grade industrial strength floor coatings from leading manufacturers that are guaranteed not to flake, peel, or blister.
At Simcoe Epoxy and Concrete Polishing, we provide state of the art flooring systems for a variety of different applications. We provide services such as 100% solid epoxy flooring, polyspartic UV coatings, full 10 step polished concrete, concrete dying and staining, decorative epoxy floors, surface prep and removal, concrete repair and restoration, and more.
All employees have received training in both epoxy flooring and concrete polishing applications from the Polished Concrete University located in Pompano Beach, Florida, and are certified specialist in each field. We provide services to commercial and industrial settings.

Usually nothing. We handle the entire process; all we ask is that the area is clean and empty. If you are unable to move something, please let us know prior and we will assist you in any way we can.
