Installation time can vary depending on the size of the space and the condition of the existing concrete. On average, most residential garage floors take 1 to 2 days, while larger commercial or industrial projects may take longer. Polyaspartic systems offer faster cure times and can often be walked on within hours.
Before any coating is applied, we thoroughly inspect the concrete for cracks, spalling, moisture issues, and structural integrity. Minor damage can usually be repaired, and we specialize in concrete prep and repair to ensure your surface is ready for long-term performance. If we spot something that could affect results, we’ll explain the issue and how we’ll fix it.
Both are high-performance coatings, but they differ in cure time, UV resistance, and flexibility.
Epoxy is durable and great for indoor use but can yellow under UV light.
Polyaspartic cures faster, has better UV stability, and is more flexible, making it ideal for garages, outdoor areas, and quick turnaround projects.
With proper preparation and care, our floor systems can last 10–20 years or more depending on traffic, environment, and usage. We use professional-grade materials and back all of our floor systems with a warranty to give you peace of mind and long-term value.
We offer slip-resistant additives that can be integrated into your coating system to increase traction. These are especially recommended for garages, commercial kitchens, pool decks, or any area exposed to moisture. We'll tailor the finish to meet your safety needs without compromising on appearance.
